The hotel had some positives like clean and tidy rooms with nice staff but it really needs refurbishment. The location was great for our needs, and we had a comfortable stay despite the outdated feel. The dining experience was mixed, with some dishes being very nice and others not up to par.

The hotel had a dramatic view of the weir outside, but the room smelt damp, and the carpets were stained. The location was amazing, though it was very loud at night. The bar food was fantastic with a very good selection at a great price.
